Candidate Screenings
Fidelesys recruitment experts rigorously screen all potential candidates by conducting detailed face-to-face interviews, technical assessments, drug test, and at least three reference checks with previous managers that can validate a candidate’s competency and experience with desired skills.

Candidate Submissions
A set of qualified candidates’ profiles are sent to clients by us, which include resumes, skills / requirement match summary, contractual rate and candidate availability. A dedicated account manager from Fidelesys schedules interviews and works with the client through the hiring process.

Onboarding and Offers
Fidelesys account manager works with the client’s hiring manager to roll out an offer to the shortlisted candidate and confirm the date of joining. Later we provide complete onboarding services including background and drug checks as requested.

Performance Evaluations of the Candidate
